My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite good and high-class; however, they did not fully meet the expectations one would have from Radisson. The service was a bit questionable with a misunderstanding about payment but overall courteous, especially from Baishali and Pawan at K19. The location was convenient in Kolkata but lacked attractions nearby. The dining experience at k19 had a good selection but limited options. Despite the shortcomings, the ambiance and facilities were decent.
